  1. Healthy Lifestyles Training as a component of the Prince George's County Health Department Strengthening Families Program;
  2. Implement a Complementary Alternative Smoking Cessation program;
  3. Implement a healthy lifestyles smoking prevention program for female inmates at the Prince;
  4. George's County Detention Center with a 90% attendance rate and a 60% commitment not to smoke and to crime-free living;
  5. Conduct smoking cessation services (3-yrs) with dual addicted individuals at the Cheverly Health Department Methadone clinic with an 18% annual quit rate; 5% percent of smoke-free trainees enrolled in college; 7% now employed; 10% annually have decreased their methadone doses; 4% are no longer on methadone and;
  6. Conduct train-the trainer in smoking cessation to the Residents of Ft. Lincoln Health Clinic.
